Tetra Hydro Cannibal

Back at seventeen I first drove through the 'burban streets
Surrounded by 'sylvan steam,
I met something so green,
Had to burn it down
'Cuz we didn't start the fire,
but my head's so much bigger than this town.

My simulated friend had a bucket-bottle piece,
We took a torch to the lid -
Man, I thought I was just a kid!
But it's time to grow up & get timeless. . .
I took a fork to my ego's meat:

Now I'm a tetra-hydro cannibal,
My munchies got me needing to eat
All the foolish delusions
Of the culture,
And institutions
That said "Who's who, what's what, and that's boss."

Another flame to the flower:
Finding the adventure that is "getting lost":
Little wizard wings down & pulls back the curtain -
I can't be certain,
But this Legoland dream
Seems to be where we were along. . .

Damn. . . that's called a gravity bong.
